ICP provides pharmacy, respiratory, medical supply, and consulting services to the long-term care and senior living industry. We are dedicated to exceeding our customer expectations through the provision of high-quality care and outstanding customer service.

ICP is seeking an exceptional sales professional with demonstrated experience in closing complex business deals and consistently exceeding goals. The Director of Sales is responsible for making ICP stand out in the competitive long-term care pharmacy market. This position focuses on new customer growth and expanding services within existing accounts. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans for future growth of customer base
• Work with sales team to seek out new customers and sales opportunities
• Formulate and recommend pricing strategies, contract, and conditions of sales to EVP
• Oversee and evaluate market trends and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing conditions
• Establish and maintain relationships with all customers of ICP
• Plan, direct, and motivate sales activity
• Represent ICP at various conferences, trade shows and networking events to attract new clients.
• Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing sales
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments within ICP
• Recommend product/service extensions or modifications to ICP’s menu of services
